🌴❤️ HONORING OUR CARIFEST FOUNDERS ❤️🌴

Before the music, the costumes, the parade, and the celebration we know today as Carifest, there was a vision — and two of the people who helped bring that vision to life were Charles and Carlo.

As part of the founding team of Carifest, they helped lay the foundation for a Caribbean cultural celebration that has continued to bring people together in Minnesota since 1994. 🌺🥁🎶

Their contribution is part of the story that made Carifest what it is today. Through their vision, dedication, and love for Caribbean culture, they helped create something that became bigger than a festival — they helped build a legacy.

Today, as the next generation steps forward, we recognize and honor those who came before us. We stand on the foundation you helped build, and we carry the responsibility of keeping the culture, spirit, and tradition alive. ❤️

Charles & Carlo — thank you for helping start the journey.

The story continues.
The legacy lives on.
Carifest forever. 🌴🔥❤️

🌴❤️ THE NEXT GENERATION OF CARIFEST ❤️🌴

Carifest is more than a festival — it’s a legacy, a family, and a piece of Caribbean history in Minnesota. 🇹🇹🇬🇾🇯🇲🇧🇧🇱🇨🇩🇲🇬🇩🇻🇨🇦🇬

As we look toward the future, we are proud to see Chanelle & Annet stepping forward as part of the next generation carrying the Carifest torch. 🔥🌴

They stand on the shoulders of those who built Carifest, honoring the vision, sacrifices, traditions, and hard work that have kept this celebration alive since 1994.

Now it’s our turn to protect that legacy, bring new energy and ideas, and make sure the next generation has the opportunity to experience, celebrate, and share our beautiful Caribbean culture. 🌺🎶🥁

The legacy continues.
The culture lives on.
The torch is being passed. 🔥

Here’s to the past, the present, and the future of CARIFEST! ❤️🌴
