Young men who have a mentor realize their potential. They build
confidence. They become leaders in their community. They understand what it means to be a positive role model.

We're growing our award-winning community of mentors - men who show up for young men ages 12+.

No experience needed. No need to plan events and activities.

Just show up for 1-2 events per month. Engage. Have fun. Watch them grow.

Change lives and build futures. And learn about yourself in the process.

We start our upcoming year with our annual 3-day camp August 12–14.

Last big outing before Graduation. The James River didn't disappoint.

Class III/IV rapids through downtown Richmond with Riverside Outfitters - the best outdoor crew around with amazing guides. Bald eagles, osprey, civil war history, city skyline.

And a group of young men who showed up nervous and left with big smiles.

Push the comfort zone. Build the confidence. That's the whole formula.

We had an incredible time last week at our recent fishing event with our Juniors, Graduates and Ambassadors, and their families! 🎣

This day was about more than just fishing—it was about building connections, learning patience, and creating lasting memories out on the water. Watching our young men engage, support one another, and step outside their comfort zones was truly inspiring.

A huge thank you to Cabela's for your generous support. From providing fishing poles and hats to keeping everyone refreshed with water and offering knowledgeable fishing instructors, you helped make this experience both meaningful and unforgettable.

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do—empowering the next generation, one experience at a time.

We had a our 6th Annual Cars and Accountability event on Sunday! The boys always light up at this event and enjoy hearing from the men who own these cars and listening to the engine roar! Thanks to Frank's Ristorante Italiano for hosting us and donating pizza afterwards for lunch! They continue to be a massive supporter for LAUNCH for Life

We have taken our talents to AAU this year! First tournament under way and we had a tough fight but came up short. Congrats to our mentee, Bryce Graham, who has been in our program for 5 years for getting player of the game!

We can't stop thinking about last week's event. Our Graduate program mentees (and mentors) did something we're pretty sure no other mentoring program has ever done — they made handmade pens by turning wood on a lathe. 🪵

Ed and Kelli Sontag at Woodcraft of Richmond were incredible hosts and teachers. Patient, generous, and genuinely great with our young men from start to finish.

When a young man does something he never expected he could do, guided by skilled and caring adults, something clicks. Skills grow. Confidence follows. This is our focus.

We're so grateful for this partnership. If you're in the Richmond area, go check out Woodcraft. Wonderful store, even better people.

We couldn't be more grateful for our partners at Woodcraft of Richmond. We aim to provide unique, educational, and confidence-building experiences for the young men we serve. And this event checks all those boxes.
