The future of Hawks Football is bright, and we’re excited to officially introduce the leadership team that will guide our 13U program this season!

These men bring experience, passion, leadership, and a heart for developing young athletes both on and off the field. More than coaches, they are mentors committed to building character, discipline, teamwork, and a winning culture.

The mission remains the same: develop great football players, build even better young men, and represent the Hawk Family with pride.

The Old Hundred Hawks are excited to officially welcome Rob Taggart and Jonathan Taylor as our new Football Directors!

Rob Taggart has been with the Hawks since 2022 and has consistently stepped up whenever needed. Through the years, Rob has helped strengthen our program with leadership, commitment, and a servant’s heart. In addition to his impact within OHAA, Rob also serves as an ADC within CQL and continues to lead with grace, integrity, and passion for youth football.

Jonathan Taylor has been part of the Hawks family since the very beginning in 2021. What started as being a dedicated football parent grew into becoming a committed coach and leader within our organization. Through every season, the blue and green have truly run through his veins, and his passion for our players, families, and community has never gone unnoticed.

Together, these two leaders represent dedication, growth, culture, and the future of Hawks Football.

We are excited for what’s ahead and confident the program is in great hands!

Since 2021, Ray H. Meeker stepped in and answered the call to lead our Hawks family … first as 7U flag coach, and over the years growing into the role of Football Director.

Through every season, every practice, every game, and every challenge… Ray led with passion, commitment, toughness, and genuine care for our players, families, and community.

Simply put… we couldn’t have asked for a better leader or a better man overall.

Coach Meeker didn’t just help build teams… he helped build culture, pride, accountability, and a standard within OHAA that will continue long after today. His leadership helped propel Old Hundred forward and positioned our Hawk program for an incredible future.

And we also want to thank Kari for the countless sacrifices, hard work, support, and dedication she poured into our Hawk family over the years. Her impact behind the scenes helped make so much possible, and we are incredibly grateful.

While the Meeker family may be moving on from OHAA, they leave with Hawk Pride knowing they made a lasting impact on this community and on so many young athletes and families.

The Hawk community will truly miss them both.

OHAA Summer Basketball Camps are back and we are fired up for another amazing summer!!!

Led by Virginia legend Harold Deane Jr., this is the camp every young hooper wants to be at. Coach Deane brings elite teaching, energy, and a passion for helping players grow their game and confidence.

With multiple weeks to choose from, you can build a schedule that fits your summer. Choose single days, half day sessions, or go all in with a full week experience.

Full day campers will also enjoy lunch provided by our partners at Marco’s Pizza.

Open to boys and girls ages 5 to 14, from beginners to experienced players ready to level up.

Coach Meeker brings a lifetime of football experience, leadership, toughness, and passion to the Hawks sidelines. A standout multi-sport athlete growing up, Ray was a dominant force on the football field as a 4-year varsity letterman and elite Middle Linebacker. His accomplishments include:
🏆 3x Team Captain
🏆 3x All-Conference
🏆 3x All-City
🏆 3x All-State
🏆 Defensive Captain in Cincinnati’s High School All-Star Game
🏆 “That’s My Boy” Award Nominee by the College Football Hall of Fame
🏆 Still holds his high school’s all-time defensive tackling records
Following high school, Coach Meeker continued his football journey at Ohio Northern University before an injury ended his playing career. Even then, his commitment to the game never stopped, as he remained on staff supporting the program and mentoring teammates.
🇺🇸 After college, Ray proudly served our country in the United States Navy for 5 years, including 3 years forward deployed overseas. His military service helped shape the discipline, leadership, accountability, and team-first mentality he brings to coaching today.
Since joining Old Hundred Football in 2021 during the association’s inaugural season, Coach Meeker has become one of the driving forces behind Hawks Football. In 2022, he expanded his leadership roles as:

The Old Hundred Hawks are proud to announce that Ryan Snyder will serve as the 11U Head Coach for the 2026 Fall Football Season! 🔥
Born and raised right here in Midlothian, Virginia, Coach Snyder grew up playing football in the Chesterfield Quarterback League for the Midlothian Mustangs before continuing his career at Midlothian High School, where he became one of the area’s top recruited athletes, earning over 30 Division I scholarship offers from programs across the country. 💪
Beyond football, Coach Snyder has continued his passion for athletics through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA training, helping fighters prepare for competitions while building mental toughness, discipline, and confidence.
Coach Snyder’s love for coaching began early in his 20s while coaching alongside lifelong friends and former teammates in the CQL. His 11U teams made back-to-back Super Bowl appearances, capturing a championship in 2008 and finishing runner-up in 2009. 🏆
He later returned to help rebuild the Midlothian Mustangs program at the 13U level before stepping away to focus on his growing business career and family. In recent years, he returned to youth sports coaching, leading multiple flag football teams for his son and daughter and most recently serving as Head Coach of the OHAA 9U football team last season.
Coach Snyder believes in building young athletes through:
