🐾 What a weekend! 🐾

We’re still riding the high from the Annual Lake Tomahawk Ice Fishing Jamboree, and WOW — thanks to your incredible support, our fundraiser was a huge success!

Because of YOU, we’re thrilled to be sending:
🐶 $1,200 to Fetch Foster and Rescue Inc.
🐾 $1,200 to the Oneida County Humane Society

That’s real impact, real help, and real love for animals who need it most.

A massive thank you to everyone who showed up, donated, supported, and helped make this event so special. And of course, congratulations to all of our basket winners — we hope you’re enjoying every bit of them! 🎉

✨ 2026 is kicking off with a bang, and this is just the beginning. We’ve got more exciting fundraisers and events coming in late spring and early summer, so keep your eyes peeled for announcements coming soon.

From the bottom of our hearts — thank you for supporting Must Love Paws and the rescues we’re so proud to stand behind. 💕🐾

This Christmas, Must Love Paws had the absolute honor of delivering over $1,000 worth of much-needed supplies to the Lincoln County Humane Society 🐾🎄

We brought along litter, litter boxes, warming beds, dog treats and toys, cat treats and toys, leashes, collars, and so much more—because every animal deserves comfort, enrichment, and a little extra love, especially during the holidays.

None of this would be possible without our incredible supporters who show up, give generously, and truly care about animals in need. Your kindness made tails wag and whiskers twitch this season.

From the bottom of our hearts—thank you for helping us spread love where it’s needed most. 💛🐶🐱

We’re taking a little holiday break to slow down, cozy up, and spend time with our families — furry ones included. 🐾❤️

Thank you for all the love and support this year. We wish you a peaceful, joyful, and tail-wagging holiday season. Stay warm, stay safe, and enjoy every moment. 🎄✨

The holidays bring sparkle, sweets, and celebrations — but they also come with a few hidden hazards for our furry friends. 🐾✨

A quick reminder to keep pets safe this season:
• Keep chocolate and festive treats out of reach
• Avoid tinsel, ribbon, and small ornaments that tempt curious paws
• Secure your Christmas tree so excited pets don’t topple it
• Use pet-safe plants (mistletoe, lilies, and poinsettias can be harmful)
• Watch candles, wax warmers, and cords around playful pets

A little prevention goes a long way in keeping the holidays merry, bright, and safe for every member of the family — four-legged ones included. ❤️🎄

Dogs Aren’t Christmas Presents 🎄🐾

With the holidays approaching, it’s tempting to surprise someone with a puppy under the tree — but dogs aren’t gifts, they’re lifelong commitments.
They need time, training, love, vet care, and stability far beyond the holiday season.

If you’re thinking about adding a furry friend to your home, make sure it’s a thoughtful, long-term decision… not a seasonal impulse.

Give love responsibly. ❤️🐶

’Tis the Season to Help Animals in Need 🎄🐾

December is full of giving, gratitude, and big hearts — and our local rescues and shelters feel that love the most this time of year. If you’re looking for a simple way to spread kindness, consider donating:
• Food and treats
• Gently used blankets and towels
• Toys
• Cleaning supplies
• Monetary donations for vet care

Every bit helps keep animals warm, fed, and cared for during the coldest months. Let’s wrap this year up with compassion and community support. 💛🌨️

Winter Safety Reminder ❄️🐾

Northern Wisconsin winters don’t play — and neither should we when it comes to keeping our pets safe. As temps drop and snowbanks rise, remember:
• Limit outdoor time during extreme cold
• Wipe paws after walks to remove salt and ice
• Keep fresh water available (it freezes fast!)
• Make sure outdoor cats have a warm, dry place to take shelter

A little extra care goes a long way this time of year. Stay cozy, stay safe, and give your furry friends an extra snuggle tonight. ❤️🐶🐱

Although this isn’t in the Rhinelander area, if you know anyone nearby the Lacrosse area, please pass this along. With Christmas right around the corner, many of us are clearing out closets to make room for fresh blankets and towels — and this facility could really use them.

If you’ve got gently used blankets or towels you’re ready to part with, consider donating. A small gesture can make a huge difference for animals who deserve warmth and comfort this winter.

Please share to help spread the word! 🐾💛

‼️ SOS ‼️ We are in dire need of blankets. Our dryer broke and we've been waiting for parts. If you could spare some blankets of any size, AND towels, we would be very, very appreciative. Thank you ❤️

Snow days don’t have to mean lazy days! ☃️🐾
When it’s too cold for long walks, try these fun indoor activities to keep your dog’s mind and body moving:
🏠 Hide-and-seek with treats
🧩 Puzzle feeders or snuffle mats
🎾 Hallway fetch
🧍‍♀️ Short training sessions for mental stimulation

Or, if you’re brave enough, bundle up and try snow romps or quick agility runs outside. A tired pup is a happy (and well-behaved) pup!

🚨 PUP IN NEED — PLEASE HELP US BRING HER HOME! 🚨

Friends, we need all eyes on this sweet girl. She’s missing and we’re doing everything we can to get her safely back where she belongs. Your help truly matters.

👉 If you spot her:
• CALL immediately — do not chase, call out, or try to catch her.
• Do NOT feed her. We need her hungry so she willingly enters the traps set for her safety.
• Water is okay to set out, but please no food.

This is time-sensitive and every sighting counts.
Your share could be the reason she’s found. 💛🐾

📞 CALL WITH ANY SIGHTINGS ASAP

Let’s bring this girl home. Please share far and wide. 🙏🐶💛

🤷🏽‍♀️Any sightings today?
We continue to look for this gal in the Rhinelander area and still have live traps out.
We have been to the area she was last seen with no visuals of our sweet girl.
We have been tracking her for a month now. Please let us know if you have seen her today and continue to let us know of sightings.
If you see her, do not chase or call out to her. Please call us at 715-362-5992 with sightings.

It’s hunting season — let’s keep our pups visible and safe. 🧡
Whether you’re out for a hike or letting your dog run in the yard, bright orange or neon gear helps hunters see them from a distance.

Think reflective collars, neon vests, or bandanas. A small change can make a big difference in visibility — and safety.
