🎬 LOCAL SPOTLIGHT: Collierville Student Wins Elite Media Integrity Award! 🌟
Allie Lyons is one of only SIX students thus far to ever earn the prestigious John Amos Media Integrity Award & Grant from the MVP3 Foundation!

Allie was nominated by Jessica Roberts, the former head of Collierville's award-winning Dragon Media film program. She stood out for her deep-dive work on the childhood trauma documentary, A Society in Crisis—produced under the MVP3 Foundation's Educational & Social Justice Films division. While a gifted filmmaker, Allie’s ultimate goal is to become an attorney to fight for community justice.

📜 What is the John Amos Media Integrity Award?
This highly exclusive award is a core pillar of the MVP3 Foundation, created by Founder Marie Pizano in direct partnership with K.C. Amos, the son of the late, legendary actor John Amos (Good Times, Roots). K.C. is deeply dedicated to helping lift our youth right here in the community, carrying forward a powerful mission to continue teaching the absolute integrity of the craft, filmmaking, and media integrity.

🏒 Bridging Media & Sports on October 24!

Through the MVP3 Foundation's sports broadcasting division, we teach students real-world skills in live sports media production. Thanks to our official partnership with the Mid-South Monarchs, we are bringing our former and current award recipients together at the big game on October 24!

Allie will be honored on the ice alongside a brand-new award winner from Westwood High School during the official game puck drop. In a beautiful twist of fate, Allie’s father is an official for the games, making this a true family and community celebration.

Come join us at the Mid-South Monarchs game on the 24th!

Read the beautiful, heartfelt letter Allie shared about her journey below:

"Receiving the John Amos Award has been such an honor, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything MVP3 has given me throughout my time in the program. Being a part of MVP3 has allowed me to gain real-world experience in the video industry while working alongside incredibly talented people. What makes this program so special is that it goes beyond a typical classroom... MVP3 has helped me grow not only as a student, but also as a person. I’m excited to take everything I’ve learned through MVP3 with me into the future!"
— Allie Lyons (Collierville High School) Class of 2028

💥 Massive news for the
MVP3 Foundation! 📣

🚨 MVP3 Foundation has officially entered into an agreement to utilize space at 62 South Front Street. We are proud to collaborate with building owner David Morris.

This new downtown location expands our career-building pathways for local youth. We are using this space to launch new events and establish future production offices for upcoming film and music projects. This expands on our 36-week student Film and TV program at Westwood High School. It also carries forward the downtown creative footprint we originally started in partnership with the late Prince Mongo (Robert Hodges).

Our national momentum is moving incredibly fast:

• Times Square Billboard: We just launched a promotional billboard in NYC this past weekend for our new song and music video, "Hillbilly Bible Strut."

• National Music Release: The track features Keith Johnson, the "Prince of the Delta Blues." He is currently featured on Morgan Freeman’s Symphonic Blues Experience album.

• Feature Film Pipeline: Released through Select-O-Hits, this track is the lead release for our upcoming PG-13 feature film, Hillbilly Bible, which is currently in development.

• Student-Produced Media: The music video features hands-on production work done directly by our student interns from Memphis and Collierville.

• National Endorsements: We recently received a public shoutout from legendary national sportscaster Chris Myers.

• Monarchs Game Spotlight: One of the students receiving the John Amos Award will be featured during the hockey puck drop at the Mid-South Monarchs game on October 24.

• Civic Collaboration: Dr. David Morris has donated 300 professional job assessments to MVP3. We have deployed 100 straight to Juvenile Court and 200 to regional schools to back workforce readiness.

• Upcoming Launch: On October 3, we are officially rolling out our community-wide Financial Literacy Program.

🎄 COMING SOON: "Country Christmas in Collierville"
We are also actively developing our upcoming song and music video project, "Country Christmas in Collierville," featuring Pete Mroz from NBC’s The Voice! This project will provide paid student internships and workforce opportunities right here in our community.

We would love your support as we bring this festive project to life! If you would like to get involved as a volunteer, sponsor, or supporter, please contact us directly.

"Throughout this journey, there have been changes and unexpected setbacks, but I have remained committed to moving this mission forward and creating new opportunities for youth, artists, and the community." — Marie Pizano, Founder & CEO, MVP3 Foundation
