Investing in Young Men. Strengthening Their Future.

At The Program Inc., mentorship gives young men the knowledge and confidence they need to become adults.

Recently, Adam, a high school sophomore with his temporary driver’s permit, spent time with Dean learning essential vehicle maintenance skills, from checking fluids and tire conditions to recharging a battery.

We’re grateful to Dean and volunteers like him for generously investing their time and expertise in our youth.

Life lessons today. Confidence for tomorrow.

14-year-old Kayden had the opportunity to learn alongside Coach Mac, discovering how to recognize the condition of motor oil and understand when a vehicle may need an oil change.

With his driver’s license just a few years away, Kayden is already developing valuable skills that will serve him well beyond the classroom.

We’re grateful for Coach Mac and his commitment to investing time, knowledge, and guidance into the next generation.

Every lesson learned helps prepare a young man for the responsibilities of tomorrow.

Every meaningful experience we create for our young men is made possible by people who believe in the mission and are willing to invest their time, talent, relationships, and leadership.

Our volunteers, partners, board members, and program leaders are the key players who turn ideas into opportunities and opportunities into impact.

I’m incredibly grateful for the people behind the programming. The mission may give us direction, but it’s the people who give it life.

Thank you to the Rotary of Toledo for welcoming Tramain Rayford, Founder & CEO of The Program Inc., as a presenter.

Strong communities are built when leaders, organizations, and institutions come together with a shared commitment to people.

Sometimes one experience can change what a young person believes is possible.

Our young men had the opportunity to meet pilots, learn about aviation, and experience flight firsthand. These moments matter because exposure opens doors, and helps our youth see themselves in places they may have never imagined.

A huge thank you to the pilots who welcomed our families into the world of aviation and gave our young people the chance to experience flying firsthand.

We appreciate every pilot who gave their time and shared something they love with our families. That kind of generosity introduces young people to worlds they may one day choose to make their own.

Thank you for giving our kids a seat, a view, and something new to imagine.

Exposure expands what young people believe is possible.

When we introduce children to new environments, careers, and experiences, we’re doing more than creating a memorable day, we’re helping them imagine a future they may not have considered before.

Taking young people flying gives them an opportunity to experience aviation firsthand, ask questions, build confidence, and see themselves in spaces that once may have felt out of reach.

At The Program, Inc., we believe access matters.

A single experience can spark curiosity. Curiosity can become ambition. And ambition, when supported with opportunity and mentorship, can change the trajectory of a young person’s life.

We’re not simply taking kids flying. We’re helping them see how high they can go.

Turning Clothing Into Opportunity

We’re grateful to partner with Outfitting Littles Kids Consignment Pop Up to turn clothing into meaningful community impact.

During their fall event at the Lucas County Fairgrounds, October 4 from 3-4 PM, families can shop quality children’s clothing while supporting local families.

Sellers can participate in the special Fill-a-Bag Sale for just $10 in cash and get a grocery-sized bag of remaining items.

The best part? 100% of the Fill-a-Bag proceeds will be donated to The Program Inc., helping us continue providing mentorship, life skills, leadership development, and meaningful experiences for young men in our community.
