Last night, our ROSC Council Coordinator and several council members had the privilege of attending the 6th Annual Recovery is Beautiful Gala hosted by our friends at the Wabash Valley Recovery Center.

This event is a powerful celebration of recovery, resilience, and the people and organizations who help make recovery possible every day. Our Coordinator was honored to serve as a model at last yearโ€™s gala and was grateful to return this year to celebrate alongside so many recovery champions.

The evening was also a beautiful reminder of a message we are working to share throughout Clark County: Recovery Lives Here. Recovery lives in our homes, workplaces, schools, faith communities, and neighborhoods. It lives in the stories of individuals who choose recovery every day and in the organizations that walk alongside them on that journey.

We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the Ruth House on being named Recovery Residence of the Year! A special congratulations to Executive Director Brittany Nesbitt and our very own Clark County resident, ROSC Council member, and Program Director Melanie on this well-deserved recognition. Your dedication, leadership, and commitment to supporting individuals in recovery are helping create communities where recovery can thrive.

Thank you to everyone who continues to show that recovery is possible, recovery is beautiful, and most importantlyโ€”Recovery Lives Here. ๐Ÿ’œ
