Cumberland County ROSC Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) is dedicated to building a supportive, inclusive community for individuals in recovery and their families.

Our mission is to connect people to resources they need & show that recovery is possible. ROSC (Recovery Oriented System of Care) is a coordinated network of community-based services and supports that is person-centered and builds on the strengths and resiliencies of individuals, families, and communities to achieve recovery and improved health, wellness, and quality of life for those with or at r

isk of substance use and mental health disorders. Clark/Cumberland County ROSC is here to provide clear-cut directions to networks of community-based services and supports. Our aim is to collaborate with all sectors of our local community including other helping organizations, health care, education, law enforcement, judicial, local business owners, and person's with lived experience with substance use and mental health disorders. It takes ALL our voices to make change & to show people that Recovery Is Possible! Recovery Month is a time to celebrate the strength of those in recovery, honor the people who support them, and remind our community that recovery is possible!

Together, we can raise awareness, reduce stigma, offer hope, and support recovery in Cumberland County. 💜

Cumberland County ROSC is on the Road to 205!

Every voice matters, and every survey moves us forward! Our goal is to hear from 205 Cumberland County community members, and we’re making it fun to follow our progress along the way.

For every 5 surveys completed, we’ll move our ROSC marker forward one space on the Road to 205!

Follow along! We’ll update our board weekly so you can see how much closer we are to reaching 205 community voices.

Your feedback helps us better understand what Cumberland County needs and guides our work to improve resources, reduce barriers, increase awareness, and strengthen support throughout our community.

💜 September is National Recovery Month! 💜

Today kicks off a month of celebrating recovery, inspiring hope, and reminding our community that recovery is possible for everyone!

Throughout September, the Cumberland County ROSC Council is painting Cumberland County PURPLE! 💜 Keep an eye out for purple ribbons, pinwheels, and lights throughout Toledo, Greenup, and Neoga, enjoy our special Recovery Month drinks at local partners, and watch for Testimonial Tuesdays featuring real stories of recovery and hope.

📸 Join in the fun! When you spot our purple displays, grab a Recovery Month drink, or simply wear your purple, take a picture and tag the Cumberland County ROSC Council on Facebook!

Together, we can make recovery visible, reduce stigma, and remind those who may be struggling that hope and recovery are real. 💜
