Today we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to the United States of America.
Their sacrifice reminds us that freedom is never free.

One of the most vital parts of Bless Back Worldwide’s medical work is something simple—but life-changing:

Reliable access to medicine.

In the coming weeks, we will be placing our next shipment of medicines to serve communities in Haiti and the Dominican Republic.

These medicines are used every day.

In the Dominican Republic, our community health promoter serves patients across four remote communities. She uses many over-the-counter medicines while caring for families who have little or no access to traditional healthcare.

For chronically ill patients, we help refill prescriptions for:
• Diabetes
• High blood pressure

In Haiti, our full clinic serves people from across the country.

We regularly hear stories of patients arriving in such critical condition that family members or neighbors must literally carry them into the clinic.

Then something beautiful happens.

Because of the expert care of our staff—and the availability of these vital medicines—we often see those same patients recover, return stronger, and eventually walk back out on their own.

That is the power of access to healthcare.

Our next medicine shipment will cost approximately $6,000.
