Please help us welcome Meredith Graham, our new Programs Coordinator! 🏡

Meredith was born and raised right here in Maryville, and she’s spent her career serving this community. She holds a B.S. in Sociology with a focus on community-based research and a minor in Public Health. Most recently, she served an AmeriCorps term as Office Coordinator at Good Neighbors of Blount County.

Meredith believes everyone deserves access to safe, affordable, stable housing, and we’re so glad to have her on the team working toward that every day.

When she’s not at work, you’ll find her reading, baking, or spending time with family. Welcome, Meredith! 💙

Sweet moment at the build site this week. When one of our Habitat residents lost her longtime pup, our Clayton volunteers jumped right in to help dig the grave and bury her with care. Grateful for partners who show up for more than just the build.

Missing shingles, leaks, and storm damage can turn into big problems fast. Through our Home Repair Program, we help Blount County homeowners with roofing and other critical repairs, using a mix of loans, grants, and donated services to keep the work affordable for qualifying homeowners.

Habitat isn’t just about building new homes. Our Home Repair Program helps Blount County homeowners make the homes they already own safe and healthy again. 🏠🔨

From roofing, plumbing, and heating and air to bathroom repairs, window replacements, and wheelchair ramps, we partner with homeowners to tackle the repairs that matter most. We use a mix of loans, grants, and donated services to keep repairs affordable, and homeowners partner with us by putting in 8 hours of sweat equity.
