The Ruppe Family is a wonderful example of the heart behind SOAR Tennessee’s Family Model Program! They recently enjoyed a fun-filled beach vacation, creating memories, building independence, and experiencing all the joys of family life together.

Our Family Model Program provides adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to live in a loving family environment while receiving the support they need to thrive.

Our residents at Countryside are having a wonderful time exploring the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains while also building important life skills at home! From enjoying the scenic views and fresh mountain air to learning how to prepare meals in their own kitchen, they are creating memories and gaining independence every day.
