We are so excited to announce that we are one of two recipients for THDA’s 2024 HOME grant.
We value our partnerships with agencies like Tennessee Housing Development Agency whose investments into affordable housing make it possible for us to serve our community!
These funds will be utilized through our Homeownership Program to help local households afford the American dream of owning a home!

BIG NEWS!
We are thrilled to announce that we have received a $27,000 grant from the Arconic Foundation. With these funds we will be launching the NEW Homebuyer's Assistance Fund! This fund will provide limited closing cost and/or down payment assistance to eligible Blount County households. Be sure to stay tuned for more details to come!
