🌿 Last Thursday, our Greater Ohio Valley Collaborative gathered in Wood County, WV, for its first in-person meeting!

Community providers from across the region came together to discuss behavioral health trends, share resources, and begin brainstorming ideas for the region’s inaugural Wellness Summit!

This meeting kicked off a series of rotating in-person gatherings throughout the region.

Last week, Executive Director Mary Newlyn and Deputy Director Amy Snodgrass presented an overview of HIAA’s Rooting Our Response Appalachia (RORA) curriculum at the Schuylkill County Annual Conference.

This opportunity was made possible through HIAA’s partnership with the University of Pittsburgh’s Implementation and Research Center for Healthy Communities (IRC). HIAA was subcontracted to bring RORA to Pennsylvania communities, and we’re excited to continue collaborating and expanding its reach across the Commonwealth. 🌱
