From breakfast bars and popstar fuel… to Lisa Frank treats, Book It nostalgia, and all the fun in between — this week was all about celebrating the incredible teachers and staff who pour so much into our students every single day. 💜💛

Thank you to every family, business, donor, volunteer, and supporter who helped make this week happen. Whether you donated, baked, sponsored, decorated, delivered, or simply helped spread the love — YOU helped make our staff feel seen, appreciated, and celebrated. 🫶

Today, our neighboring community lost one of their own, sweet Kaisa. To show our love and support, we are encouraging our student body, faculty, and community members to wear pink tomorrow.

Kaisa’s family and the entire Axtell community are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK — DAY 4 🍕📚
Yesterday’s “BOOK IT!” lunch day was straight out of the 90s and definitely earned a gold star ⭐️

Our teachers and staff were treated to:
✨ Custom Mart-inspired BOOK IT buttons
🥤 Tea & lemonade donated by Raising Cane’s
🍕 Delicious pizza from Marco’s Pizza
🥗 Fresh salad and toppings
🍌 And the perfect sweet ending — banana pudding Donted by Victorian’s BBQ!

It was such a fun throwback day celebrating the amazing people who pour so much into our students every single day. Seeing everyone walking around with their custom buttons and enjoying lunch together made this one feel extra special 💜💛

A HUGE thank you to everyone who donated, supported, helped set up, served food, or helped make the day possible. We truly could not do this without our community support!

YESTERDAY was ALL THAT & A BAG OF NEON DREAMS at Mart ISD! ✨🌈

Our Lisa Frank inspired Teacher Appreciation Day was an absolute HIT — and let’s just say… the teachers and staff totally understood the assignment. 😂💖

From nostalgic 90s treats and candy overloads to fresh snacks, colorful drinks, and homemade goodies, the lounges were PACKED all day long… and by the end? Nearly everything was GONE. Safe to say this one was a BIG WIN. 🙌🍭🍬

A HUGE thank you to Amanda Ferguson and Heather King for the amazing homemade baked treats that made the day even sweeter! 🩷💚💛

Seeing our teachers and staff take a minute to laugh, snack, recharge, fight over gushers and razzles and enjoy a little nostalgia during the craziness of May makes every bit of planning worth it. The Lisa Frank vibes were strong, the sweets disappeared fast, and the smiles were everywhere. ✨🎧🌈

Today’s TRL Takeover Popstar Fuel Bar kept our amazing teachers and staff powered up and ready to rock the day! From fun drinks to all the 90s vibes, we loved getting to celebrate the people who make Mart ISD so incredible every single day. 💜💛

WELCOME BACK TO THE 90s, MART ISD! ✨🎧
We officially kicked off Totally Rad Teacher Appreciation Week today and what a way to start!💜

From the moment our teachers walked in, they were greeted with full-on 90s vibes decor that’s bringing all the nostalgia, the color, and the FUN! 🌈📼

And of course… we had to start the week with a Kickoff Breakfast Bar to fuel our amazing teachers for the week ahead!

Teacher Appreciation Week starts tomorrow, and Mart PTO is going all out with a ✨Totally Rad 90s theme✨

Each day has a fun way for students to show love to their teachers, whether it’s a favorite drink, a sweet treat, or just a heartfelt note 💌

Participation is completely optional and never expected, we just wanted to offer some fun ideas for those who’d like to join in!
