"Come spend a fun, silly, creative evening learning the basics of hand-pulled silkscreen printing — no experience necessary!

I’ll provide all the materials you need to make your very own screen-printed piece to take home. We’ll learn the basics, get a little messy, drink some w**e, and hopefully make some weird/cool wearable art along the way.

Want to print something of your own? Bring a blank shirt, hoodie, tote, or other light-colored fabric item from home and you’re welcome to use it!

This is a chance to try something new, make art, hang out, and support the arts — all while supporting a local artist and the Arts Council. 💕

Come alone, bring a friend, or make it a girls’ night. No artistic talent required — just show up ready to play! 🍷🖤

We were incredibly grateful to receive grants from both Madison County and Asheville Rotary clubs to support our purchase of a backup studio for WART. Our experience through Helene showed us how important radio is and can be to the community. These grants will allow us to have a backup studio on standby in the event our Main St location is unable to broadcast in the future.

The Artist Support Grant is a regional grant program to support individual artists in all phases of their career. The grant funds professional and artistic development for emerging and established artists to enhance their skills and abilities to create work or to improve their business operations and capacity to bring their work to new audiences.
