It was starting to feel like fall -- but regardless, it is time to start the FAFSA! We are working with student and families at Eastbrook High School in Grant County today.

As part of the Youth Worker Cafe presented by Indiana Youth Institute, one of our Career Coaches got to meet with other youth-serving professionals in Delaware County and talk about emotional intelligence and trauma-informed care.

The presentation by Fred Yeakey was called "Anger is Not the Enemy" and focused on the better questions we can ask to get to the heart of what is going on in others' lives.

We are so thankful for such great opportunities to help us serve students better!

Happy October! 🍂This Throwback Thursday, we’re revisiting a conference favorite with a message that’s just as important today: Do The FAFSA!

The 2027-2028 FAFSA application officially opens today, October 1st. Project Leadership will be in schools this month to help seniors and families complete the application and understand their results. For more information, visit projectleadership.org/fafsa

It's time! The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is live now at www.fafsa.gov.

Our staff will be in our schools in the coming weeks to help our college-bound students and families complete this important form.

Indiana's deadline to file is April 15.

Not all heroes wear capes, but ours happen to be wearing theirs today at Liberty-Perry Community Schools in Wapahani High School!

Students are preparing for their adventures post-high school and our team is glad to be part of their epic journeys.

This morning, these seniors at in Grant County had a visit from Steve Gibson, VP of Programs for Project Leadership and colleagues from and Grant Regional Career Center. Students learned about the upcoming College & Career Fair and how to prepare to put their best foot forward toward their futures.

Happy College GO! Week! 📚🎉

This week is a national initiative designed to help high school seniors navigate the college admissions process and submit at least one application.

Students can apply to participating colleges and universities for FREE this week! This year is especially exciting because both Indiana University and Purdue University main campuses are on this list.

Don’t miss this opportunity! Waived applications are available through Friday, September 25th.

It's an exciting week for Project Leadership in Delaware County and Grant County as we roll out our newly revised Senior Launch Labs!

Some 12th grade students will engage in activities like applying for colleges and trade schools, while others may learn more about their Agilities to help plan for military service or the workforce. Undecided students get to engage 1:1 with a Career Coach to help them find a pathway that is important to them.

A huge thank you to our community and school partners who joined us for our Grant County Counselor Breakfast today! We spent the morning connecting with familiar and new faces and learning about new programming and resources.

A special thank you to the Community Foundation of Grant County, Indiana, Inc., for hosting us in their Collaboration Space and to the Questa Education Foundation, who shared about the Questa Funds Finder and Traditional Scholars forgivable loan program.

We look forward to continuing our work alongside our partners and to an exciting year ahead! 🎉
