Van Drivers provide safe and accessible transportation for individuals at Carey Services, ensuring they're able to get to and from important events such as shifts at work in the community and day services.

When a family in our Early Head Start program faced a devastating medical crisis and loss, Chelsea Tincher, Amelia Hatfield, and Dajaia Weaver didn’t just do their jobs they became a lifeline!

While everything at home was turning upside down, the Room E team made sure a little girl had a safe, loving, and normal routine to count on every single morning. But Chelsea, Amelia, and Dajaia didn’t stop at the classroom door. They helped connect the family with community help, checked in constantly, and stood by a dad navigating grief and learning how to raise his daughter on his own!

In the dad's own words, he simply didn’t know how they would have made it through that season without the kindness, patience, and support from these three women.

They didn't just watch over a child, they wrapped their arms around an entire family when they needed it most. That kind of heart is exactly why they were nominated for the Carey Services' Key Contributor Award.

Chelsea, Amelia, and Dajaia, thank you for showing up with so much love and compassion. We are so proud to honor you! 💙
