❤️ COMMUNITY SUPPORT UPDATE ❤️

The severe storms and tornadoes that moved through our area last night have left many of our neighbors without power. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected.

To help support our community, the Grant County Family YMCA will be opening our facility tomorrow (Saturday) for anyone without power who may need access to a hot shower.

There is no charge. We simply want to be here for our community during this difficult time.

Please note that the YMCA will be closed on Sunday as part of our normal summer schedule.

🤦‍♂️ WHERE’S ADAM WEDNESDAY? 🤦‍♂️

One minute you’re just doing your job…
The next you’re getting pranked and thrown into the Gas City Pool. 💦😂

The teens keep us young… whether we like it or not.

Adam was a good sport about it, but he’s now accepting applications for a few new employees….just kidding 😂😂

🏊‍♀️ **Our Summer Aquatics Schedule is Here!** ☀️

Please take a moment to review the updated schedule before your next visit.

📢 **The biggest change this summer:**

The **Family Pool will close from 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM Monday through Friday** for our Summer Day Camp participants.

During that time, the **Lap Pool, Hot Tub, and Steam Room will remain open until 2:00 PM.**

As always, the entire **Aquatic Center will be closed from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday** before reopening at 4:00 PM.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we serve our local children through our Summer Day Camp program! ❤️💙

🚨 WHERE’S ADAM WEDNESDAY 🚨

Don’t slip up around the Y… he’s EVERYWHERE. 👀😂

One minute he’s at the front desk… next thing you know he’s at the pool… then somehow over at the Gas City YMCA construction site.

At this point we’re convinced Adam has mastered teleportation. 🤣

You may not see Adam… but somehow Adam sees you.

Memorial Day

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice gave us the freedoms we enjoy every day, and for that we are forever grateful.

As we spend time with family and friends this weekend, may we never forget the true meaning of Memorial Day and the cost paid by so many for our freedom.

From all of us at the Grant County Family YMCA, thank you to those who made the ultimate sacrifice, and continued prayers for the families who carry that loss every day. ❤️💙

Saturday, May 30th is the OPENING DAY at the GAS CITY SWIMMING POOL!!!🤩

We have been busy getting the pool all ready for you guys!🧼🧽🧹

🚨 FACILITY HOURS UPDATE 🚨

The Grant County Family YMCA will be CLOSED on both Sunday, May 24th and Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.

This also marks the beginning of our summer Sunday schedule, as we will now be closed on Sundays through Labor Day weekend.

We hope everyone has a safe, meaningful and blessed Memorial Day weekend as we honor and remember those who gave everything for our country. ❤️💙
