We had the honor of celebrating John Clotfelter at our last Marietta Schools Foundation board meeting and recognizing him for his outstanding service as our Board President. John’s leadership and dedication have played an important role in the continued growth of the Foundation. We are grateful for the time, energy, and guidance he has given to MSF and for the lasting impact he has made on our organization. Thank you, John, for all you’ve done for the Marietta Schools Foundation!

Today we are proud to officially reveal Marietta Sixth Grade Academy's Faculty Common area and Counseling Office. The Marietta Schools Foundation was honored to help bring this vision to life. What began as a dream has now become a welcoming space where staff can recharge, students can find support, and relationships can flourish. As we celebrate this milestone, we're reminded that "It's not just one year—it's where the Blue Devil journey begins."

DON'T FORGET about Barney's back to school bash at Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream July 30. Barney will be there 2pm-5pm. Barney will be signing books and selling his swag. A portion of ice cream sells also goes towards Barney's mission.

Over the past six months, Laura has invested in strengthening her leadership, fundraising, strategic planning, and nonprofit management skills through this nationally recognized program offered by Kennesaw State University in partnership with Cobb Community Foundation.
