OA Kennesaw Chapter - Egwa Tawa Dee

Crossing streams, muddy fields, trekking mountains, cool breezes and clear skies as the Kennesaw Chapter (Foothills District) of Egwa Tawa Dee (Atlanta Area Council) challenged the environment in 18 holes of disc golf today at the ACOE Riverside Park at Red Top Mountain. This was a great fellowship event and a fun time was had by all!

Come out and join your fellow Arrowmen for a fun afternoon of exhilarating DISC GOLF! This excellent 18-hole course will fervently test your official disc-golfing abilities as we traverse our way through the meticulous Army Corp of Engineers site at the base of the formidable Allatoona Dam and beautiful Red Top Mountain! Do you have what it takes to finish the course?

When: March 29th, 2026 (2pm-4pm)

Where: Riverside Park USACE, 513 Allatoona Dam Rd, SE, Cartersville, GA 30121

Cost: $0!!!

Arrowmen of the Kennesaw Chapter of the Order of the Arrow came out for some cheerful fellowship during a recent gathering at the AMF Bowling Lanes in Woodstock, Georgia. These scouts - members of Scout’s National Honor Society - enjoyed an evening of bowling and fellowship. Discussions included the next fun event coming up In March at Riverside Park at the base of Red Top Mountain playing an 18-hole round of Disc Golf!

It was a great day for scouting!

Looking for some yellow beads? Our next Day of Service is right around the corner! Save the date as this will be the biggest clean-up of the year. Bring rakes, electric leaf blowers, a water bottle, lunch/money for lunch, and as always, a cheerful spirit!
