Every summer, Girls Inc. of Greater Atlanta creates opportunities for young women to gain experience, build confidence, and discover what leadership looks like in action.

Today, we're excited to introduce Alesha, Aliyah, and Kamilah—three of our Summer 2026 interns who are already making an impact while growing their skills as facilitators and mentors.

Whether they're helping youth explore new possibilities, strengthening their leadership abilities, or learning how to connect with girls of all ages, each of these young women is taking meaningful steps toward her future while helping inspire the next generation.

Our Mother Daughter Tea Party was filled with so many beautiful moments of connection, celebration, and sisterhood. 💕☕

From learning the basics of etiquette together to recognizing girls for their community service and honoring our graduating seniors, the day was a reminder of just how special it is to create spaces where girls and their families feel seen, celebrated, and supported.

One of the most meaningful parts of the afternoon was taking time to recognize the hard work, leadership, and growth of our seniors as they prepare for their next chapter. We are so proud of the young women they are becoming.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day feel so warm and memorable.

Last week, we gathered for a moment 50 years in the making. 💛

Our 50th Anniversary Documentary Screening was more than a premiere—it was a room full of memories, reflection, laughter, emotion, and deep gratitude for everyone who has been part of the Girls Inc. of Greater Atlanta story.

Watching Where She Began. Who She Became. alongside alumnae, supporters, community partners, staff, and friends reminded us just how many lives have been touched across generations of girls. From the earliest days of our organization to the young women leading today, the stories shared on screen reflected the power of what happens when girls are seen, supported, and believed in.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special morning and to all who continue helping us carry this mission forward. Here’s to the next 50 years of strong, smart, and bold girls.
