If you inspect, regulate, or support aquatic venues, this course is for you! The Aquatic Venue Public Health Inspector (AVPHI) Course returns as an AOAP Pre-Conference Workshop on February 15, from 8 AM to 5 PM, offering a full day of MAHC-based training for public health professionals and aquatic stakeholders.
Led by Dewey Case, CMAHC Technical Director, this certification course helps participants build the confidence and technical skills needed to assess public and semi-public aquatic facilities using a standardized approach.
Participants will complete the required pre-work, then spend the on-site session walking through inspection methods, real-world scenarios, and MAHC applications.
Registration for this course is required, and participants must pay a $300 fee.
