Pls help Little Whiskers if you can.
š We never wanted to post thisā¦ but today, our hearts are heavy. š
This is the hardest message weāve ever had to write.
Little Whiskers is in major crisis, and unless we raise $10,000 for our vet bills, we will have no choice but to pause rescue operations.
We are emotionally, financially, and physically exhausted.
The need for help never endsāabandoned animals, sick kittens, emergency surgeries, food litter etcā¦ and we always say yes.
But the truth isā¦
We canāt keep doing this alone.
Please understand:
ā¤ļø We are a small 501(c)3 nonprofit
ā¤ļø We receive zero government or city funding
ā¤ļø We rely on donations, adoption fees, and mostly our own pockets
ā¤ļø Grants are limitedāand most canāt even be applied for until 2026
We have poured our hearts, our time, and our personal finances into saving these animalsābecause they are worth it.
Every kitten bottle-fed at 3 AMā¦
Every scared cat pulled from the streetsā¦
Every life savedāthis is our purpose.
But right nowā¦ we are drowning.
Our vet bills have grown beyond what we can carry. We are terrified. We are overwhelmed. And it breaks our hearts to admitā¦ we need help.
š This is the FIRST time weāve ever made a plea like this.
š Asking for help feels vulnerable, but giving up would hurt even more.
š Without support, we will be forced to close our doorsāat least temporarily.
And if we closeā¦ the little whiskers who need us will have nowhere to go.
