First time visiting? Please fill out the registration form ahead of time at formaricopa.org/need-food. When you arrive, park at the food bank, enter through the front door, and head down the hallway to the counter at the back of the building. Our team will help you get registered. Please bring a photo ID, proof of address if different from ID, like current electric or water bill, and birth certificates for children. Children may qualify for additional programs, such as the Backpack program (ages 4–18) and the Christmas gift program (ages 0–14).

Returning residents: Please go to the drive-thru line to receive food, and have your photo ID Food bank card ready. Residents may receive food once per week. Questions? Call 520-251-0226.
