WOMEN ON WEIGHTS: SPECIAL EDITION

This advanced, small-group program is designed for women who want to build muscle, boost confidence, and feel empowered in the weight room. You’ll train with kettlebells, TRX, free weights, and machines—all guided by our nationally accredited female certified trainer in a supportive, empowering environment.

Program Details:
• 7-week session
• Mondays & Thursdays | 8:00–9:00am
• Starts June 15
• Includes a STYKU 3D Body Scan
• Members only | $139

Last week, we celebrated 175 years of the YMCA in the United States with an evening full of community, connection, and fun!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our birthday celebration and donor appreciation event. From cupcakes and refreshments to face painting, bounce houses, dancing, and smiles all around, it was a wonderful reminder of what makes the Y so special — the people.

We’re especially grateful to our dedicated staff, volunteers, donors, and community members who helped make this event such a success. For 175 years, the Y has been a place where friendships grow, families connect, and communities thrive — and we’re honored to continue that mission right here at the YMCA of the USA and your local Y.
