Field day is next week!!! Please make sure to have your student wear their Fun Run T-Shirt from this year to match their grade level color below. Families are welcome to watch but please review the information below 👇
Dear EVE Parents/Guardians,
We are excited to announce that Field Day is fast approaching! It will take place on Friday, May 15th, and we wanted to share some important information and procedures to ensure everything runs smoothly.
STUDENT NEEDS:
· Tennis shoes, water bottle (water only), towel
· Students can wear their Fun Run shirt or a shirt that same color (color & grade pictured above).
· Sunscreen: Students may bring sunscreen to school, but they must apply it themselves and they cannot share.
PARKING:
Please Park along one side of Swiper and in the staff parking lot. The bus loop will be closed past the cones.
Additional parking can be found by the dirt road on the Ebb Valley sign side ONLY.
ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN:
Upon arrival, please follow the cones around the school to the designated check-in table.
At the check-in table, you will receive a visitor sticker, and we will provide you with a map and schedule for the day.
LUNCH, BREAKS & RESTROOMS:
Please note that parents will not be permitted into the school building during lunch or breaks.
If you need to use the restroom during the event, please come around to the front of the school, ring the bell, and office staff will direct you.
STUDENT PICK-UP:
If you plan on taking your child home after Field Day, please provide a note prior to the event.
Students with a prior written note will begin packing up at 2:30 PM and will be available for pick-up in the cafeteria shortly after 2:30.
When picking up your child, please proceed to the exterior cafeteria doors and line up outside. We ask for your patience as there will be numerous students to dismiss.
