Welcome to Blakely's Beef ! We are a farm raised beef business that we started to beef up our daughters college fund and provide the opportunity for her to take the reins of a mature business when she is older. Until Blakely is a little older we are owned and operated by Lemmon Cattle Company. We take an incredible amount of pride in the farm fresh beef that we raise and Blakely is working along side her parents to learn what it takes to care for cattle.

When we asked Blakely about her beef business she mentioned that “princesses eat beef too”
