Lineboro-Manchester Lions Club Community Pool

10/12/2026

We had another successful pool covering on Saturday. Now, both the dive pool and lap pool are securely covered for the season.

Thank you to all the community volunteers including North Carroll Sea Lions Swim Team, Scouts Troop 320 of Manchester, Lifeguards, Lions Club, and others. Many hands make light work.

And just like that… another summer at the Lions Club Pool is in the books. 💙☀️

To our patrons, lifeguards, Lions Club members, North Carroll Sea Lions Swim Team, volunteers, and everyone who spent part of their summer with us — thank you for making 2026 one to remember. 💫

We may be a little biased, but we love the Lineboro-Manchester Lions Club pool for

🏊 The best diving board and diving well around
🌅 Some of the best summer sunsets in North Carroll
💙 And, without a doubt, the very best community

For nearly 70 summers, generations have grown up here — learning to swim, joining the swim team, working their first summer jobs, making friends, and spending those long, simple summer days at the pool.

This summer added another chapter to that story.

As the school year begins and another pool season comes to a close, we wish all of our families, swimmers, guards, and staff a happy, healthy, and successful year ahead.

Thank you for showing up, diving in, and reminding us exactly why this place is so special.

Here’s to summer fun, days at the pool from noon til sunset, one more jump off the diving board…and many more summers together. 💙

See you at the pool in 2027. 🦁🏊‍♀️☀️

🚨 SAVE THE POOL SPONSORSHIPS ARE HERE! 🏊‍♀️

For nearly 70 years, the Lions Club Pool has been part of summers in North Carroll — teaching children to swim, giving local teens their first jobs, providing a home for the North Carroll Sea Lions, and bringing generations of families together.

Now, local businesses and community supporters have an opportunity to become part of what happens next.

We are excited to officially announce Save the Pool Sponsorship Opportunities!

Sponsorships range from $500 to $25,000+, with opportunities for recognition including:

⭐ Business recognition on our website
📱 Social media recognition
🏊 Business signage at the pool
🪑 A custom engraved poolside bench
🍧 Your own Snack Shack snow cone flavor
💙 Lifetime family pool membership at select levels

Most importantly, every sponsorship helps us work toward the critical repairs needed to preserve this North Carroll tradition for future generations.
