Meet Fermin, a FIRST alum, volunteer, and Head of Mexico Operations at West Coast Products. Inspired by his own FIRST experience, he now uses his STEAM skills to provide technical support, engineering guidance, and passionate mentorship both through his career and work within the FIRST community.
