How do referrals to Webster House work? 💙
Our referral process is designed to make sure each young person is placed in the program that best fits their needs, level of support, and stage of development. ✨ We support youth and young adults through two programs:
✅ Residential Program (Ages 8–18)
A structured, trauma-informed setting where youth build everyday life skills and work toward stability and transition.
This includes support with emotional regulation, relationships, independent living skills, and preparing for what comes next.
✅ HOPE Program (Ages 18–20)
Focused on young adults who are working toward independence and building their future. Areas of focus include education, employment, independent living, and personal goals.
Across both programs, we use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches like TBRI, TCI, Botvin LifeSkills Training, EQ2, The Seven Challenges®, Choose Love Curriculum, and RENEW.
We’re best suited for youth who can participate in a structured, community-based environment and are ready to work toward growth and stability. 🙌
