The Arborist Safety Training Institute (ASTI), a program of the Tree Care Industry Association Foundation, helps expand access to high-quality, affordable safety training for tree care professionals across the industry. Through grant funding opportunities, ASTI supports safety education, professional development, and workforce training that helps companies build safer crews and stronger teams. ASTI funding can be used for self-paced Tree Care Academy courses, CTSP and Crew Leader Qualification scholarships, CPR/First Aid training, and in-person workshops.

Tree care is one of the most hazardous professions, and access to quality training is critical. ASTI helps make that training more accessible for individuals, companies, and organizations looking to invest in safety and professional growth.
