Good health starts outside the exam room, which is why we partner with New Hampshire Food Bank to maintain on-site pantries at each of our offices. If a patient is facing food insecurity, they can let a provider or case manager know so we can connect them to local resources and provide them with food to bring home. We are grateful to have relationships with amazing Manchester organizations so we can join forces in supporting those in need.
