After receiving donations of repaired bicycles, medical supplies and other items, Ken Whitten connected with two brothers who send containers of used items to Tanzania to support their family and small businesses there.

Update: We have received a generous donation of Hot Wheels/Matchbox type cars, children's socks and toothbrushes. Thank you to those who have donated!! The storage locker is looking better!! The next trips will be leaving in March and April.

Our storage locker is looking a little bare. Perhaps you have these items hanging around and are no longer needed, or maybe you receive samples from promotional products companies and just throw them in a drawer. We would be glad to take them off your hands. Those items will go into mission trip giveaway bags. Please make sure everything is in good working order.

Items like:

Multi-function pocket tools
Mini flashlights
Pens
Pocket/purse mirrors
Tshirts (children's to adult large)
Travel size hand sanitizer and bars of soap

We are also in need of dental hygiene items. Check with your dentist to see if they would donate!

Toothbrushes (soft, adult and children)
Toothpaste
Floss

Finally, gently used three-season clothing, sneakers and shoes for adults and children (i.e., no winter wear). Those we serve prefer items without military, spooky or suggestive images/language. Think kind, sweet and wholesome. Think:

Gym shorts
Basketball shorts and shirts
Tshirts
Button down shirts and slacks
Skirts, dresses and blouses
Lightweight jeans and khakis
Lightweight hoodies, sweat pants and shirts
