Rev. Ernst Toerien, a missionary from South Africa and professor of Reformed Theology at Berean Theological Seminary in Myanmar, visited the Judson Heritage Center during his first trip to the United States. During his visit, he recorded a short video highlighting Burmese missionary work.

Originally from Florida, Dr. Glenn Griffis is a retired pastor from Evangelical Free Church in West Virginia. Dr. Glenn is a doctoral alumnus from Gordon-Conwell Seminary. While he is visiting back to MA, he visits AJC this morning.

“Historic Partnership Established at Boston University School of Theology”

On May 15, a historic meeting took place, bringing together Burmese scholars, trustees, and Mission/World Christianity scholars. The day began with a fellowship lunch. Following lunch, a fruitful meeting was held with prominent scholars, including Professor Dana Robert, Dr. Gina Zurlo, and Dr. Ireland.

This meeting serves as the official starting point for future research projects, academic publications, and annual conferences at the Judson Research Institute. Furthermore, the Center for Global Mission and World Christianity at Boston University School of Theology has agreed to support and shared wisdom for the future development of the Judson Research Institute. We wrapped up the day with tours of Professor Dana Robert's and Dr. Ireland's offices and the Center for Global Christianity and Mission. This is just the beginning of many great things to come.
