🏠 Attention Malden Homeowners: Home Repair Assistance May Be Available! 🚰

The City of Malden (Official) Housing Rehabilitation Program offers grant funding and financial assistance to income-eligible homeowners for important home repairs and safety upgrades, including:

✔ Roof repairs & insulation
✔ HVAC systems & heat pumps
✔ Mold remediation, drainage & sanitation
✔ Accessibility improvements
✔ Lead water line replacement
✔ Lead & carbon monoxide safety upgrades

This all-in-one program is designed to help create safer, healthier homes for Malden residents. Grant funding is reviewed first, and additional financial assistance may be available for projects exceeding grant limits.

2026 NAYDO reminded us just how powerful it is to learn from one another. We were surrounded by incredible leaders and partners, made meaningful new connections, and gained insights that will shape our work long after the conference. ‘Anchored in Giving’ was the perfect theme to celebrate Y leaders and staff coming together in Long Beach, California.
