ey can do all things through Christ who strengthens them. They learn He has a plan for their lives, loves them, wants the best for their future, and will help them build a better life. Life Skills:
One way Crossroads builds practical life skills is through our clothing store in downtown Canton, MS. Here women develop a strong work ethic, learn to work with others, and perform intensive retail-like duties of sorting, folding, hanging, cleaning, and sales. Education:
The women at Crossroads are learning from sun up to sun down. We have a wide range of classes in personal growth, grief and anger management, personal finances, dating and marriage, parenting, Bible studies, and other important facets of life. Safety:
The Crossroads facility is a place of refuge in the storm where women can put the pieces of their lives back together. Located right in the heart of Madison County Mississippi it is a two phase operation. The first is where women come in from prisons, treatment centers, or abusive situations where they find a safe and positive environment for up to 120 days. The second phase places more independence on the women and supports and encourages them to find jobs, start paying rent, and prepares them to live on

At Crossroads Ministries, we are incredibly grateful for partners who believe in the power of second chances. 💗

We are especially thankful for our partnership with **Musee Bath**, a company that has opened its doors and its heart to women rebuilding their lives after incarceration and recovery programs.

For the women we serve, meaningful employment is about so much more than a paycheck. It provides stability, dignity, confidence, community, and an opportunity to build a new future. Musee understands that—and they have chosen to see the potential in each woman and give her the opportunity to grow, contribute, and thrive.

Partnerships like this are an important part of breaking cycles and creating lasting change. When businesses are willing to provide meaningful work and walk alongside women as they begin a new chapter, the impact reaches far beyond the workplace.

**Thank you, Musee Bath, for believing in second chances, investing in women, and partnering with Crossroads Ministries to help create pathways toward hope and a brighter future.** We are so grateful to walk alongside you. 💕
Leisha Pickering and Vicki DeMoney both had a vision. Leisha felt called to provide employment and Vicky felt called to provide safe housing for women. Together they have uplifted so many and the women in leadership at Musee Bath today are the products of that partnership.

In Episode 5 of Crossed Lines, we sit down with Pastor Dan Blackshear, Associate Pastor at Hope Fellowship in Brandon and Board President of Crossroads Ministries, to tell the story behind Crossroads.
We go back to the beginning: how Crossroads came to be, the people and purpose behind it, the challenges along the way, and the heart for serving others that continues to drive the mission today.
If you’ve ever wondered where Crossroads started, why it exists, and the vision for where it’s going, this episode tells the story.

Produced by Daniel Anderson at Audio Alchemy Productions.
