On Wednesday, members of the Madison County Executive Leadership program participated in Education Day, which gave them the opportunity to visit local educational facilities. In addition to the Madison Career and Technical Center, they also visited the MCS Central Office where they spoke with our Superintendent team. This prestigious program equips participants with the knowledge, leadership

Our Executive Leadership class wrapped up its final program day yesterday with Education Day! Great schools build strong communities, prepare tomorrow’s workforce and make Madison County a place where families and businesses thrive!

Guest speaker Candie Simmons kicked off the day with a session on leadership strengths. The class then visited Canton Public Schools Career Center, Madison County Career/Technical Center, Magnolia Speech School, St. Andrew’s Episcopal School, Madison County Schools and Holmes Community College to hear from education and workforce leaders.
