Meet Denzel 💛

He is 4 and has Cerebral Palsy. He is raised by a single mother as his father abandoned them, due to his condition. Denzel lives with his mother and older sister in a small rental home. The mom is a tailor and has her own sewing machine, but her landlord prevents her from working out of her home. Thus, she does a variety of manual jobs to help provide for the family, such as washing, farming, and cooking for others. She is struggling to provide for Denzel’s everyday needs, such as access to nutrition, education, and medical care.

A Note From Our Founder:

This July, with hearts full of gratitude and deep humility, we celebrate the 6th Anniversary of Purposefully Made Ministries.

What began as a calling to love and serve vulnerable children with disabilities in rural Kenya has become a beautiful testimony of God's faithfulness. Over the past six years, we have been privileged to walk alongside children and families who often had nowhere else to turn, providing Christian counseling, special education, occupational, physical, and speech therapy, quality nutrition, and most importantly, the hope found in Jesus Christ.

We celebrate what God has done through the generosity, prayers, and partnership of so many faithful supporters. Every child who has learned a new skill, every family who has found hope, every milestone achieved, and every life touched is a reminder that each child is purposefully made in the image of God and worthy of love, dignity, and opportunity.

As we look back, we are humbled by how far God has brought us. As we look ahead, we are filled with excitement for all He has yet to do. We know the need remains great, but we also know that God's provision has been greater every step of the way. He is a mountain-mover, and we continue to dream God-sized dreams alongside Him!

To our board of Directors, donors, staff, and prayer warriors—thank you for believing in this mission. Your compassion has transformed lives and continues to bring hope to some of the most vulnerable children in rural Kenya.

Together, we celebrate six years of faith, hope, and love—and we look forward with joyful expectation to the years ahead!

One of the questions I'm asked most often is, "What does Purposefully Made Ministries need most?"

My answer is always the same: please pray for us daily.

We've seen the Lord move in incredible ways through the prayers of His people, and I truly believe those prayers have carried this ministry through every season.

If the Lord leads you to support PMM financially, there are two meaningful ways to do that: sponsoring a child or becoming a monthly donor. Both help us continue providing purpose-filled lives for the families in our program and allow us to keep saying "yes" to what God has called us to do.

No gift is too small. Every prayer, every dollar and every act of generosity makes a difference.

God is faithful.

As we care for the children in our program, He is faithful.
As we support the mothers who are growing in skill and obedience, He is faithful.
As we pray over our next steps as a ministry, He is faithful.
As we follow His calling to build a new facility, He is faithful.

In every season. At all times. We serve a faithful Father.

At PMM, we believe every family deserves a community to lean on.

When Lamuel's mother first came to us, she was struggling — raising a son with a disability with no one who truly understood what she was going through.

Here, she found mothers who got it. She built new skills, a new income, and found a community where she belongs.

Today she farms, trades, and weaves. And, she watches Lamuel live a purposefully made life.

She did that. God made it possible. Community made it real.

We are so excited to step into this next chapter for Purposefully Made Ministries: land acquisition and construction for a future center in Kenya. 🤍

This space will allow us to serve even more children and families in need by providing access to care, resources, discipleship, and hope through Christ.
