How about we kick off the summer with some simple community fun?

Saturday, June 13th, 9AM. Bring a friend, bring a bike, and meet up at Urban Foxes in Jackson for a no-drop community ride to and through the Belhaven trails and back again. We'll meet up at Urban Foxes at 9AM, chat over some coffee and/or pie, and get rolling about 9:45 to head to to Belhaven trails. Only a couple of blocks of public road before we're on the Museum Trail, and just a mile or so of that before we get a few miles of dirt.

If you've never ridden the Belhaven trails, this is your perfect excuse to give it a go. Let's all meet up, try to make a friend or two, and spend a morning having some fun as a community

Ridgeland trails are closed again. In addition to the rain, we've gotten reports of extensive storm damage, with a dozen or more trees down on the trails. We will work to get this cleaned up ASAP and make another announcement as soon as it's done

Reminder: We are still having a trail work day at the Ridgeland Trails this coming Saturday, weather permitting. Our main goal is going to be cleaning up all the sticks on the trails, as well as trimming back all the face slapping vines

Hey all,

We are postponing our work day to next weekend, 06/06/2026. We've had a good few volunteers raise scheduling conflicts for our original date, and we hope more people will be able to make it next weekend.

We are one week away from Race Day on May 17th!

There has been a change of venue though. We were planning on having the race at the Ridgeland Trails, but the City of Ridgeland has started to cut down the 300+ dead trees there. This very much needed rain we have received has slowed things down and they won't be through with the work. So instead we will take the race back to its home the past two years at Roosevelt State Park. We will use the same great course as last year.

Ridgeland Trails are closed until further notice.

Don't panic: We don't expect for this to be for too long, we just don't have a set end date yet. The City of Ridgeland has identified over 300 hazardous dead standing trees from the drought a year or so back and has generously offered to cut them for us. In the interest of safety, we will not be able to allow anyone onto the trails until the work is complete.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter, and we will share all updates as we get them. If you have friends off of Facebook, please do let them know as well.

We've also been told that the work is expected to be fully complete before the State Games
