Another busy Saturday! We thank True Vine Baptist Church Brandon MS for holding Lunch With Friends this past Saturday! We appreciate all who support this very important lunch program for the residents at REACH to also include Atmos Energy , Timberlawn Rd. church of Christ , and The New Heights Church Madison-Jackson . We love you all!!

May 2026 (reservation increase+10)
Total Reservations - 60
Total Overflow (non-reserved)- 6
Total Children Served - 48
Total Adults Served - 61
Total Seniors Served - 38
Total Families Served - 66
Total Persons Served – 147

We have at least 35 on the waiting list, we are going to try and expand to serve them beginning in late June or early July.

We thank all of those who help us make this happen to include True Vine Baptist Church Brandon MS, and Church of Christ at Fayette !

FOOD PANTRY WILL BE OPEN THIS SATURDAY FROM 11am to 1pm for registered and scheduled appointment holders and to the general public from 1pm to 2pm while supplies last! REMEMEBER IF YOU HAVE A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT IT IS ONLY FOR YOUR SCHEDULED DATE/TIME ONCE PER MONTH! If you miss yuor appointment twice someone on the waiting list will be placed in your spot and you will go back to the waiting list. We look forward to serving you !!

This weekend was a whirlwind of activities! From the REACH luncheon hosted by the Timberlawn Rd. church of Christ and the The New Heights Church Madison-Jackson funded by our partners in love Atmos Energy to the administrative shelter visits to determine local needs (thanks Minister Earl Ervin!) down to the Jefferson County Food Pantry Distribution in Fayette, MS hosted by the Church of Christ at Fayette it was phenomenal! Many thanks to all of those who help fund and support these community focused events!

Food Pantry at the Church of Christ at Fayette will be open tomorrow from 11am to 1pm for registered participants and from 1pm to 2pm for walk-ins. PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT! We are increasing the number of registration slots soon so please register! This will ensure you get the maximum benefit. Stay blessed!

ALL CHARITIES WE KNOW OF, PLEASE BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR FRAUDULANT CHECKS!

We received a check in good faith and found later that the CHECK WAS ISSUED FRAUDULENTLY. I've been having conversations with the donating organization for weeks and after depositing this check it was returned several days later. It seems life has really been beating me up lately but I ain't one to cry long if at all. Fortunately we didn't use ANY of this money so the charity is not on the hook for any of it although it now blows up my budget. But one thing I know for sure GOD ALWAYS HAS AND ALWAYS WILL MAKE A WAY! Ya'll pray for me though, the devil has been running roughshod in my life for a few months now but my faith is holding and growing. Love you all and I appreciate all of your support!!

"LUNCH WITH FRIENDS" at REACH house is on deck for this Saturday from 11am to 1pm! We thank in advance Atmos Energy for co-sponsoring this and other events we have in the Jackson area and the Timberlawn Rd. church of Christ for providing the meals and volunteers along with the UMMC Student Health Care Coaltion for coming out to check on our family there. We're blessed!!
