Thriving Wisconsin Thriving Wisconsin is Wisconsin’s statewide member association for organizations and individuals committed to making every early childhood a great one.

Our Mission: We cultivate a system of organizations and professionals across Wisconsin to promote quality, strengths-based, early childhood services in all communities. Our core membership consists of Wisconsin’s Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies (CCR&Rs) and Family Resource Centers (FRCs). Our affiliate membership is made up of other like-minded organizations and individuals. As a statewide

organization, we positively impact the world of early childhood by ensuring that effective programming is available statewide, resources are strategically leveraged and maximized, and meaningful connections, relationships and systems are built. We do this by providing services and supports, including:
• Program management
• Quality assurance and improvement
• Organizational development
• Professional development
• Systems building
• Professional networking

We're Hiring: Communications & Outreach Specialist
Remote (Wisconsin Residents Only)

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for making a difference? Thriving Wisconsin is looking for a Communications & Outreach Specialist to lead our statewide marketing, outreach, and brand awareness efforts.

In this role, you will:

✅Create compelling content across multiple platforms
✅ Manage website and social media communications
✅ Build and maintain media relationships
✅ Support partner engagement efforts
✅ Share the impact of our network on children and families throughout Wisconsin

We're looking for someone with: • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of communications or marketing experience
• Strong writing, storytelling, and project management skills
• Experience with website management, social media, and digital marketing
• The ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment

Experience in nonprofit, human services, or early childhood settings is preferred.
