Thriving Wisconsin Thriving Wisconsin is Wisconsin’s statewide member association for organizations and individuals committed to making every early childhood a great one.

Our Mission: We cultivate a system of organizations and professionals across Wisconsin to promote quality, strengths-based, early childhood services in all communities. Our core membership consists of Wisconsin’s Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies (CCR&Rs) and Family Resource Centers (FRCs). Our affiliate membership is made up of other like-minded organizations and individuals. As a statewide

organization, we positively impact the world of early childhood by ensuring that effective programming is available statewide, resources are strategically leveraged and maximized, and meaningful connections, relationships and systems are built. We do this by providing services and supports, including:

• Quality assurance and improvement
• Organizational development
• Professional development
• Systems building
• Professional networking

Last week, the Thriving Wisconsin team came together for our staff retreat—an opportunity to connect, recharge, and strengthen the relationships that fuel our work.

From team-building activities to some friendly competition on the bowling lane, it was a great reminder that collaboration, trust, and a little fun are essential ingredients for a strong team culture.

We’re grateful for the time to step back, celebrate what we’ve accomplished, and invest in one another—so we can continue showing up at our best for organizations and communities across Wisconsin.
