Our final Bus Buddy trip of the 2026 season took us to the UW Geology Museum. 🪨 It was a humongous success! Prior to the trip, everyone got help planning their route to the museum from their home. On the day of the trip, all of the participants boarded the Madison Metro Transit bus 🚌 nearest their home and met at the museum 🏦 for a guided tour followed by a delicious lunch at Steenbock's on Orchard. Mara, our tour guide, shared amazing facts about mineral formations, 💎 asteroids, 💫 dinosaurs, 🦕 and other prehistoric creatures! 🦖 Contact Jan Karst [email protected] if you are interested in participating in the Bus Buddy program in 2027.
