At the district conference at the beginning of this month the Rotary Club of Kings Bay was awarded the Blankenship Cup. An award named for Past District Governor Bill Blankenship. Bill was also our Assistant Governor first and it was pleased to get to know him very well and call him my friend. This cup is awarded to a club with the highest per capita giving to the Rotary Foundation for the past 3 years.
