Rachel became a foster parent with HOPE Foster Care in the fall of 2024. Since then, she has provided compassionate care for 5 children. Her second two placements, siblings named Tegan and Zander, became a permanent part of Rachel's family when she chose to adopt them one year after they were placed in her care.

"If you have the room in your house and the love in your heart, give it," says Rachel.

Macon, GA— Few things fill us with more joy than seeing one of our kids reach their goals.

Damir came to live at The Methodist Home when he was just 12 years old and last weekend we had the honor of watching him become a Bibb County Police Officer.
