The Triton Student Resource Hub has officially moved into its temporary home!

We’re excited to announce that construction has officially started on the renovation of the Hub. The newly remodeled building will be fully ADA-accessible, energy-efficient, and triple the capacity of our campus food pantry.

We are officially on the move, which mostly means carrying hundreds of boxes of pasta and bags of rice across campus.

With the Olympic Building undergoing renovations, Triton Resource Hub services have temporarily split into new spaces in Snoqualmie Hall. You will find the Food Pantry in Room 113, and the Community Resource Advocates and the Emergency Funding are on the 3rd floor in Room 302.

Different location, same commitment. If you are running low on food or dealing with a sudden financial issue, you can swing by for free groceries, hygiene supplies, and support. Balancing your classes is plenty to handle, so let us take care of what is on your plate at home.

It is commencement week and celebrations are in order as we throw our hats for the class of 2026.

However, before we kickoff into summer break, we want to send a special shout out to the he Edmonds College Student Government as this year's class departs Edmonds with a large gift.

The students have donated a whopping $250,000 match for the launch of the SAFE Harbor campaign. Your campaign dollars for student emergency fund services at the Triton Resource Hub will go 2x further with the help of this match.

Congratulations to Construction Management student Carla on turning a competition into a full time job with our spotlight annual partner, Prime Electric.

Today, her daily work in the field doubles as the capstone experience required to complete the construction management program at Edmonds College. She has gained industry experience while completing her education.

Demand for emergency resources is at an all-time high; during Winter Quarter 2025 alone, 2,200 students visited the campus food pantry, a staggering 50% surge compared to the same period in 2024. 39% of Edmonds College students reported facing basic needs insecurity in the last year according to the Survey. Our Emergency Grants Office receives 700+ applications each year, but can only fund 7-12% of the eligible applications it receives.

As we head into the long weekend, Edmonds College Foundation joins our community in honoring and remembering the brave individuals who gave their lives in service to our country.

Please note that Edmonds College will be closed on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day.
