The Salvation Army brings aid to homeowners after recent Florida floods.

Flood recovery supplies will be available tomorrow morning in North County.

United Way of Indian River County and The Salvation Army will be distributing muck buckets, tarps, and other cleanup supplies for residents affected by the recent flooding.

If your home or property was impacted, please stop by.

Early this afternoon, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis visited The Salvation Army of Pensacola, Florida for a press conference to promote the onsite Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) and the Emergency RV program Florida is offering to qualifying residents who have been displaced from their homes due to Hurricane Isaias. Salvation Army officers, volunteers and staff had a chance to greet the Governor, Florida emergency officials and first responders. These important relationships speed up the recovery process, brining healing to storm damaged communities. Florida Divisional Commander, Lt. Colonel Kent Davis, traveled to the Panhandle this week to spend time with Salvation Army officers, Emergency Disaster Services teams and volunteers working to bring relief to communities impacted by Hurricane Isaias. Through shared prayers, preparations and visits to service locations, his leadership and presence uplifted the teams still working hard every day, passing out provisions and giving of themselves.
