The Care Closet

The Care Closet has been here for our community—providing food, hygiene items, diapers, formula, clothing, pet food, gas assistance, and other essentials to families facing difficult times. We are passionate about helping our neighbors, and we want to continue serving our community for years to come.

Right now, however, we are struggling. We are past due on some bills, and we need your support to keep our programs going and our doors open.

There are several ways you can help today:

• Ages 2 and under are FREE
• Ages 3 and up are just $5 per child

Bring the kids to play while supporting a great cause!

🛍️ Shop our upcoming Care Closet Thrift Store at our Rileyville location. Every purchase helps us continue providing assistance to local families. We are open today 2:30-5!

❤️ Make a monetary donation. Every dollar, no matter the amount, helps us provide food, hygiene items, diapers, formula, and other necessities to those who need them most.

We are still actively offering our assistance programs in Rileyville, and the need in our community has not gone away. Families continue to rely on us, and we are determined to keep helping.

Hey friends 🤍

We want to be transparent—right now, we are in need.

With just two full-time volunteers serving both locations, we are doing everything we can to continue showing up for our community. But to keep going, we could really use some extra support.

Our biggest needs right now are:
• Diapers
• Hygiene items
• Nonperishable food

We are also looking for volunteers!

Thank you to everyone that joined us for our first ever pageant this morning! We had 16 contestants!

We collected over 500 food items for our assistance programs! We are so thankful!

We need your help, community 💛

The Care Closet’s free store rent is due on the 15th, and we are reaching out with humble hearts asking for support. This space means so much to so many — it’s where families come for food, hygiene items, clothing, and a little bit of hope when they need it most.

Every single dollar donated goes right back into keeping our doors open and continuing to serve our neighbors in need. Without this space, we wouldn’t be able to help the 20–45 individuals and families who rely on us each month.

We want to thank our great volunteers who helped with our community Easter event today! We are missing our Easter bunny as they had to leave before this picture , but we are still so thankful for them!
