Today, thanks to an incredible community, we’ve served more than 20,000 free meals.

Volunteers Needed!

Want a front-row seat to the chaos, laughter, and impact that happens behind every free meal?

We’re looking for a few helping hands this Saturday:

🍴 Kitchen Crew
8:00–10:00 AM at Olive & Barley

🚐 Airstream Crew
10:00 AM–12:00 PM in Springdale

Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or have been waiting for the perfect time to jump in, this is a great opportunity to serve alongside an amazing team and help make sure our neighbors receive a free meal and a place to be seen.

A couple of hours can make a big difference. We promise the people, conversation, and occasional kitchen shenanigans are pretty great too.

If serving free meals were a reality show, this week’s episode would have had a several unexpected plot twists. 🙃

But through it all, our amazing volunteers showed up, rolled with the punches, and kept things moving with smiles and servant hearts. Special shoutouts to returning volunteers Mike, Chef Joseph, Kylee, Tanner, Evan, Jennifer, and Jason who made last night possible! We can always count on Kids SPOT Pediatric Therapy! ❤️❤️

We’re incredibly grateful for the people who faithfully come back month after month to serve our community. You make the hard days easier, the good days better, and somehow always find a way to laugh along the way.

Hello June! ☀️☀️

Our June 13 meal is still happening, just with a change of scenery! Due to a fundraiser at Genesis Church, you’ll find us at 613 S. College Ave. serving beef stroganoff, salad, and fruit at 4:30 PM.

🏢 June 27, we’ll be serving the residents of Hillcrest Towers.

May, you were good to us. ❤️

This month we:

🍽️ Served 294 meals
🙌 Had 22 amazing volunteers
⏰ Logged 110 volunteer hours
🔥 Received 1 really cool smoker (Barnabas!)

The highlight? Celebrating our 6th annual Memorial Day meal service. What started six years ago with 19 homemade meals has grown into something we could have never imagined.

To every volunteer who chopped vegetables, washed dishes, served food, smoked meat, donated resources, prayed, encouraged, and showed up when we needed you most, thank you!Table 7three exists because of people like You.

And to our patrons, thank you for allowing us a seat at your table. One of the greatest compliments we’ve ever received came recently when someone told us, “People can tell you genuinely care.” That’s always been our hope, that through authentic love and hospitality, people might catch a glimpse of Him.

Here’s to six years of serving, and to all that God has planned next.
