STREET FAIR to benefit the mission of THRIVE: Empowering Communities to Welcome and Support our Neighbors Transitioning from Incarceration.

Hello Community,

THRIVE Communities is committed to empowering communities to welcome and support neighbors transitioning from incarceration while building pathways toward healing, connection, and opportunity.

In collaboration with the Massachusetts Service Alliance, we are seeking individuals who understand the value of second chances and want to use their lived experiences to create positive change in the community. If this speaks to you, this opportunity may be for you.

Through this Lowell based, full-time, 10-month paid service internship, Fellows will:
• Gain professional development, leadership experience, and ongoing training
• Help strengthen restorative housing and essential resource initiatives
• Support returning citizens in the Lowell community
• Participate in outreach, volunteer engagement, and community-building efforts

Service Term:
August 17, 2026 – June 19, 2027

We encourage individuals from all backgrounds and lived experiences to apply and help us continue building stronger, more restorative communities.

THRIVE has lost two beloved strong holds in our community to deportation already this year. We enthusiastically support this campaign and encourage the State exercise this power to protect our community.
