The most important LGS graduate of all… Mrs. Brizendine ❤️

After 30 incredible years at Loomis Grammar School, Mrs. Brizendine is retiring from the kindergarten classroom she has filled with learning, laughter, and love. For three decades, she has helped generations of students learn to read, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to succeed.

Her impact on our school community is immeasurable, and her legacy will live on through the many many students whose lives she has touched over the years.

While we will miss her dearly, we couldn’t be happier for her as she begins an exciting new chapter—spending more time with her grandchildren, who know her best as Popo.

Congratulations, Mrs. Brizendine, on your retirement. Thank you for 30 years of dedication, care, and commitment to the students and families of Loomis Grammar School. Your influence will be felt for generations to come.

Today, our Class of 2026 8th graders promote to high school! 🎓

As we celebrate this exciting milestone, we’re reminded of a special moment from last week when we welcomed back former Loomis Grammar students—now graduating seniors from high schools across our region. It was wonderful to see them return to the place where their journey began.

Congratulations to our graduating seniors and to our promoting 8th graders. We can’t wait to see all that lies ahead for you!

Thanks to the incredible support of our LGS community, we reached our Jog-A-Thon goal of $25,000—and today, Dr. Diaz-Granados paid the price!

A huge thank you to Dr. Diaz-Granados for being such a great sport and letting our students celebrate in true LGS fashion. What a fun way to cap off an amazing fundraising season!

7th Grade Enterprise Day was a huge success!

Our 7th graders showed off their creativity and entrepreneurial skills by creating and selling their own products to other LGS students. It was so fun seeing all their hard work, ideas, and teamwork come to life!

All proceeds will help support their 8th grade events next year. Great job, 7th grade! And HUGE thank you to Ms. Acosta for making this cool project happen for our students!
